Resolution for Change of Name
It is hereby resolved that the name of our organization, formerly known as All Africa Community Development And Environmental Protection Agency(AACDEPA), be changed to All African Community Development And Environmental Protection Foundation(AACDEPF).
Rationale
The change of name is intended to better reflect the organization’s mission and objectives, and to position the organization for future growth and development.
Effective Date
The change of name shall take effect immediately, and all relevant documents, including the organization’s certificate of registration, logo, and website, shall be updated accordingly.

This resolution was approved by Mr Moses Assibong [Executive Director] on [12 March 2024].
