To promote and energize all efforts to first develop the indigenous communities in Cross River State, Nigeria and the rest of Africa (three concentric circles) in the economic, political, social and cultural aspects of human life.
Community Development, Poverty Alleviation and Environmental Protection
1).To empower and improve African Communities by using sustainable development techniques and active environmental stewardship. We want to build resilience,promote equality, and boost prosperity, assuring a brighter future for both present and future generations across the continent.
2). Educating the people via seminars/workshops about the importance of the protection, preservation, promotion and judicious utilization of wetland resources (fresh water sources etc) in line with the principles of the Ramsar Convention.
3).Sensitize the people on how and why they should avoid the vandalization of oil pipe-lines which often cause death and pollution of the environment.
4).Vulgarize or spread grassroots related programmes to disaster victims, assist refugees, internally displaced people, disadvantage communities in their fight against poverty (Poverty Alleviation).
5).Co-operate with any individual(s), other NGOs and organizations in and outside Cross River State,Nigeria and internationally with objectives similar to the AACDEPF in order to improve the standard of living of the rest of the people.
6).Develop programmes, materials and other support for the promotion of Environmental Education in Cross River, Nigeria and the rest of Africa.
7).Publish books, Magazines, Newspapers, Pamphlets and other related materials on Community development, poverty alleviation and Environmental protection or management in our usual three concentric circles namely: Cross River State, Nigeria and Africa at large.
8).Promote women empowerment, free, fair and credible Elections, Human Rights, solve the Drugs, unemployment, Health and Illiteracy problems in Nigeria/Africa.
9).Offer consultancy services in the area of Environmental Education, Rural Infrastructure, Human Resources or man-power development, institutional capacity building and general community development.
10).Assist Cross Riverians, Nigeria and the rest of Africans to develop in all facets of human development.
11).To envision Africa as a vibrant continent where empowered communities coexist harmoniously with nature, driving sustainable development initiatives. Our goal is to uphold the preservation of the environment, ensuring the well-being and prosperity of all its inhabitants for generations to come.

To ensure environmental sustainability in Africa, prioritize renewable energy, promote sustainable resource management, invest in infrastructure, and foster strong institutions that support green policies and equitable transitions.
