Welcome to All African Community Development and Environmental Protection Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and any other activities related to our programs. By engaging with the Foundation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Foundation is committed to addressing global challenges through initiatives focused on:

- Poverty Alleviation: Supporting communities with basic needs, education, and sustainable livelihoods.

1.2. Eligibility
1.2.1. All individuals, organizations, and entities engaging with the Foundation must comply with applicable local and international laws.
1.2.2. Participation in the Foundation’s initiatives must align with its mission and values.
1.3. Foundation Services and Activities
1.3.1. Environmental Initiatives: Projects include afforestation, renewable energy promotion, wildlife conservation, and awareness campaigns.
1.3.2. Poverty Reduction Programs: Efforts include distributing essential supplies, vocational training, and community development programs.
1.3.3. Gender Equality Campaigns: Activities include education on gender rights, economic empowerment, and leadership development for underrepresented groups.
1.4. Participation and Conduct
1.4.1. All participants in the Foundation’s programs, events, or campaigns must adhere to its code of conduct, emphasizing respect, integrity, and inclusivity.
1.4.2. Misconduct may result in removal from the program or other appropriate actions.
1.5. Donations
1.5.1. Donations are welcome to support the Foundation’s programs and activities.
1.5.2. Donors can request allocation reports but understand that funds are distributed based on the Foundation’s priorities.
1.5.3. Donations are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances and at the Foundation’s discretion.
1.6. Volunteers
1.6.1. Volunteers are essential to the Foundation’s mission. Opportunities may include event coordination, fieldwork, administrative support, and advocacy.
1.6.2. Volunteers must adhere to the Foundation’s policies, including confidentiality and ethical behavior.
1.6.3. Volunteers are not considered employees and will not receive monetary compensation.
1.6.4. The Foundation reserves the right to terminate volunteer agreements for non-compliance with its policies or mission.
1.7. Partnerships
1.7.1. The Foundation collaborates with organizations and entities whose goals align with its mission.
1.7.2. All partnership agreements must be documented, outlining roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
1.7.3. Partners are expected to uphold the Foundation’s values and integrity. Misalignment or breach of agreement may result in termination of the partnership.
1.8. Sponsorship Guidelines
1.8.1. Sponsorship opportunities are available for events, programs, and initiatives.
1.8.2. Sponsors must align with the Foundation’s mission. Sponsorships promoting harmful products, practices, or ideologies will not be accepted.
1.8.3. Sponsorship agreements will specify the scope of recognition, rights, and obligations.
1.9. Intellectual Property
1.9.1. The Foundation retains ownership of its content, logo, and other intellectual property.
1.9.2. Unauthorized use of the Foundation’s intellectual property is prohibited.
1.10. Privacy Policy
1.10.1. The Foundation respects the privacy of participants, donors, sponsors, and partners. Personal data collected will be used in accordance with the Foundation’s [Privacy Policy].

1.12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigerian.
1.12.2. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria.

1.13.1. The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.13.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Foundation’s website.
